The HeliMedia Service Organisation
provides dedicated Workshop and Field Service support for its customers across Europe, The Middle East and Asia.

General service support includes:
• Telephone support
• Dedicated Help Desk system
• Field Service Support
• Dedicated Workshop facility
• Customer training and
  ‘train the trainer’ training
• Assist with integration of loaner systems
• Delivery and integration of spares
• Airport location for easy aircraft access

Our Field Service Technicians respond immediately, to assess and repair, train
or troubleshoot at customer sites or
back at base.
